Since we are a Canadian company, sometimes your bank/card holder might have certain parameters/restrictions set in place for international orders. That could be why there was an international fee charge. This is outside of our control and it depends on the account and agreement you have with your bank and credit card.
Please know that this is not a fee that Real Mushrooms charges, but the bank/card holder would be the one to charge this fee.
