Why isn’t my payment going through?

Here are the two most common issues we see with charge errors to consider:

  1. Your bank may have restrictions in place that prevents automatic/subscription orders from going through.
  2. Since we are a Canadian company, your bank may have security measures in place that prevents international orders from going through.

We recommend contacting your bank for more intel on both of these matters.
