Please know that if there was any issues with ordering, for example, if you tried to complete payment, and the charge did not go through on the first try. Then after fixing any errors you were then able to successfully complete payment, your bank may be holding the funds for the first attempt, so it can appear as though you were charged twice.
It may take some time for your bank to release those funds. The amount of time this takes is dictated by your bank. We recommend reaching out to them if you would like any confirmation on this.
