Please see this video to help you cancel your subscription.
Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:
1. Sign in to your Real Mushrooms account here: https://shop.realmushrooms.com/account/login
2. Once you are signed in, under Account Details and your address on the right-hand side, click "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Once you are on your subscription page, you will see your subscription product(s) listed. On the product(s) you wish to cancel, click on "Manage this Subscription"
4. Once you have clicked on that, you'll be taken to a new page to manage the subscription. Scroll down to the bottom, and you will find a red "Cancel Subscription" button, with a little trash can next to it.
5. You will be presented with the option to pause, cancel or keep your subscription. If you would like to pause instead of cancel, then you would follow the prompts for this. If you would like to keep the subscription, click the back button on your browser.
6. If you would like to proceed with canceling the subscription, click the "Cancel Subscription" button. We will then ask the reason for the cancellation. After you have selected the reason for the cancellation, click next. Then we will ask if you can provide us with any detail for the reasoning behind the cancellation. This is optional. Then click on the red "Cancel Subscription" button.
7. From there, your subscription will be canceled and you will not be billed for future shipments.
8. Be sure to repeat this process for ALL items on the shipment you wish to cancel.
