  You may apply for an account here. Accounts will be granted only to verified health practitioner. Documentation may be required for approval. Applications will be reviewed on a weekly basis. Please do not apply multiple times. If you have not heard from us, contact us directly.

• How to sign in to the Practitioner Portal and order via our website?
